If you order the wrong wheel we will exchange it for the correct one (additional fees may apply) within 7 days from date of purchase. Or 7 days from the arrival of your purchase.
Returns
All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee, we do not refund costs of shipping.
Hubcaps/Wheelcovers have no warranty.
Chrome Warranty
2-Year limited warranty Chrome wheels are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the original plating date, by the original purchaser. The plating warranty covers peeling and seperation only. Chrome wheels are warranted only after inspection of the old wheels. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice, the warranty does not cover staining, oxidation, or surface rust (pitting). Due to the extreme and varying applications any of the following conditions void this warranty
Wheels damaged in transit or by improper handling.
Wheels damaged by abuse or improper maintenence.
Wheels damaged by improper installation or mountings.
Wheel finish damaged due to corrosion, chemical cleaners, and de-icing salts or adverse weather conditions. Rechroming of a previously plated wheel is exempt from this warranty. The warranty period of a rechromed wheel is 90 days and covers adhesion only. There is an extra $15.00 strip charge on wheels that come in chrome.
Roadwheels inc will repair or replace wheels under the terms and conditions of this warranty. Using your invoice number as a return authorization number the wheels should be sent to Roadwheels freight pre-paid. All returns will be reviewed, if returned wheels are found not to be subject to warranty coverage, the wheels will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement at the senders expense. If upon review the wheels are found to be subject to warranty coverage they will be returned repaired or replaced at the senders expense.
USED WHEELS
Used wheels are warranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship 10 days from date of purchase. All wheels are inspected upon original purchase. Any damage inflicted to a wheel after purchase is not covered by this warranty. Roadwheels inc will repair or replace wheels under the terms and conditions of this warranty. Using your invoice number as a return authorization number the wheels should be sent to Roadwheels freight pre-paid. All returns will be reviewed, if returned wheels are found not to be subject to warranty coverage, the wheels will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement at the senders expense.
